Flying Heart Brewing - Benton Location

Flying Heart Brewing & Pub is expanding with a fourth location, bringing its craft beer, food and community-centered atmosphere to north Bossier Parish.

The locally owned brewery and restaurant announced it will begin renovations this month on a new location at 5440 Airline Drive, next to Casa Jimador, with plans to open in early 2027.

The new restaurant will join Flying Heart’s existing locations in Bossier City, Natchitoches and West Monroe.

As part of the expansion, the company is inviting customers to become part of the new location by purchasing engraved bricks that will be installed in the beer garden. Each $150 brick includes a personalized engraving, a commemorative T-shirt and an invitation to the restaurant’s soft opening. Military members and Tankard Members, the brewery’s membership group, will receive discounted pricing. You can learn more or purchase a brick by clicking here.

“Flying Heart is a place built for gathering and where community feels natural,” said co-founder Benjamen Hart. “It’s the community that has kept us around for more than a decade through their continued support, so we’re excited at the opportunity to be able to honor them in this way.”

Founded by Benjamen Hart, Ben Pattillo and Jeffrey Judge, Flying Heart Brewing & Pub opened in 2015 after the three friends envisioned creating a relaxed gathering place where guests could enjoy craft beer, food and conversation.

“What started as an idea between friends has grown because people embraced it as their own,” said co-founder Ben Pattillo. “Every location has developed its own personality while staying true to who we are. We’re excited to bring that same experience to Benton and continue growing alongside our community.”

The brewery serves handcrafted beers alongside a menu featuring specialty pizzas, wings and other pub favorites. Its beer gardens also host regular events including Music Bingo, trivia, live music and other community gatherings.

“Our food has always been about bringing people together around the table,” said co-founder Jeffrey Judge. “Whether it’s sharing a pizza, enjoying wings with friends, or trying one of our seasonal specials, we’re excited to create another place where people can gather over a great meal.”

Supporters interested in purchasing an engraved brick for the new location can do so through Flying Heart’s online fundraising campaign.
